Protecting our customers’ personal information is very important at Gabrielle O’Hare Natural Facelift Facials and we take steps to manage the security of the data that we hold about our clients.

We don’t and will never share your data with anyone else.

FINANCIAL DATA

When our clients pay for our services using credit or debit cards, or Apple Pay, we process these payments using Stripe & HitPay.  No bank account numbers or card details are held by Gabrielle O’Hare and Stripe & HitPay have stringent security measures in place to protect your data.

 

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA 

MEDICAL DETAILS

Before each treatment, clients will fill in a paper form to update us on their medical history to ensure it is safe and in the interest of the client to receive the treatment.

These forms are stored in a locked facility between treatments.

No email addresses, phone numbers or payment details are written down or kept on paper, or on these forms.

CONTACT DETAILS

Your contact details will be kept in the following places:

Calendly.com

This is the software we use for clients to make automated bookings.

This is held on computer and requires secure login to access.

Google.com

This the email provider we use. Access to this also requires secure login.

Computer Access

A single privately-owned computer is used to access Calendly and Google.com. Access to this is password protected.

Mobile Access

A single privately-owned mobile phone is used to access Calendly and Google.com. Access to this is password protected and uses fingerprint recognition.

iCloud

Password protected documents are kept with client emails on as a back-up file, solely for the purpose of contacting clients in the event that we know or suspect their data may have been stolen or accessed.

 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

We keep your information as long as you remain a client or interested in our services.

 

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

We do not share your personal information with any 3rd Party companies or individuals.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to correct and inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to make us erase any personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to opt out of any marketing communication, whether or not you continue to be a client and use our services.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR DATA IS COMPROMISED?

If we have any reason to believe your data has been stolen or accessed, we will contact you via email to inform you of what has happened, and advise you of any action we believe you should take.
